Sub-processors

This document is an informative translation. The legally binding version is in Slovak.

Current sub-processor list

Uptraq uses the following sub-processors to process personal data. We have DPAs in place with all of them under Art. 28 GDPR.

Infrastructure

Hetzner Online GmbH

• Address: Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany
• Function: server and database hosting
• Data location: EU (Germany — Nuremberg, Finland — Helsinki)

Email

Resend Inc.

• Address: 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA
• Function: transactional email delivery (authentication, alerts)
• Data location: EU regional servers (Frankfurt)

• Transfer outside EU: USA — covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)

Payments

Lemon Squeezy Inc.

• Address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
• Function: payment processing and invoicing as Merchant of Record (MoR); handles VAT and PCI-DSS Level 1
• Data location: USA

AI / incident diagnostics

OpenAI, L.L.C.

• Address: 3180 18th Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA
• Function: optional AI incident diagnostics and recommendation generation (Pro and Agency plans)
• Data sent: monitor name and URL, type, HTTP headers without sensitive values, keywords, last checks (status, response time, error). Response bodies and end-client personal data are never sent.
• Data location: USA

• Transfer outside EU: USA — SCC
• Training opt-out: data sent via the API is not used for OpenAI model training (default policy since 2023)

Change policy

When we add a new sub-processor or change the scope of an existing one:

• We notify active Users by email at least 30 days in advance.
• We update this document with the effective date.
• The User may object. If the objection cannot be resolved, the User may close the Account without penalty and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused subscription.
